Hip Stretches

I always knew that I didn't have a lot of flexibility in my hips. However it never really bothered me unless I was backpacking for long miles with a large backpack on. That all changed when I started golfing, especially when I started to work on my rotation and speed. Still to this day my left hip pops after about ten swings. So needless to say every week I need to spend some time stretching out my hips. Here is my hip routine:
