I am getting more and more obsessed with Suspension training. While I do love lifting weights the benefits of using your own body weight is incredible.


At home I use a TRX:

But I have found that it is a little too heavy to travel with. So I use this version when I travel:

1 Minute Mountain Climber


25 V-Crunches


25 Spiderman Push Up
